Multimix is commissioned to produce custom made mixers for an acidic slurry mixing in a special drum. Unlike conventional drums, its opening is very small and tight with minimal clearance for the impeller entry. Also Teflon coating is required as the product application is quite acidic.
Due to its small impeller limited by the opening hole size, we also further advised client to upgrade the drum mixer with a 2nd stage impeller thus further improving the circulation and flow of mixing in the drum.
