Multimix® DSM Vacuum Mixer – Paddle Mixer is especially suitable for high viscosity mixing under vacuum condition for applications such as honey, toothpaste and peanut butter.
The anchor mixer is equipped with Teflon scrapers in order to remove materials from inner side of vessel and at the same time pushes the mixture back into the centre where paddle mixing takes place which is useful for high viscosity product mixing. Counter-rotating impellers at opposite direction promote a more uniform mix resulting in unparalleled homogenous product.
This vacuum mixer is also especially useful for heat sensitive product applications.
