Different types of powder materials are first transferred to both silos on top of the ribbon blender mixer via vacuum transfer system. Depending on the production schedule, different mix of powder can then be automatically loaded and added into the ribbon blender with the help of built-in load cell system. The silo valves are pneumatically controlled and linked to the PLC panel thus ensuring only right amount of powders are added into the mix.
After the powders are evenly mixed in the ribbon blender system, the product can be discharged to the storage tank located beneath for further packaging process.
